**About the role**:
We're looking for a Senior Marketing Advisor to join our busy Communications and Engagement Unit. Working alongside business groups from across the organisation, and externally this busy and varied role takes responsibility for:

- Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that align with the organisation and stakeholder objectives
- Providing and supporting the strategic direction to the wider marketing team and CCC stakeholders
- Monitoring and reporting all marketing performance tracking and campaign ROI while leading complex marketing schedules.
- Ensuring residents, communities and key stakeholders are informed and engaged on Council's activities, services and decision making

**Our ideal applicant will**:

- Be a tertiary qualified professional with more than seven years of marketing experience at a senior level
- Have previous experience in relationship management with senior managers, advisors and stakeholders - both internal and external
- Be proficient in social media, digital media, and creating engaging content and design
- Have the ability to work in a complex multi-agency environment, with high profile campaigns working to tight deadlines
