**Job Description**:
As a Senior Marketing and Communications superstar, you will manage all things creative, branding and content Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a critical role delivering high quality and timely marketing and communications both internally and externally.

It’s a role that will challenge you to think creatively, whilst managing and executing the overall marketing strategy to drive growth, engagement and brand visibility. Working closely with the firm’s Partners, this position entails the complete spectrum of responsibilities, including strategy and execution of a wide range of marketing initiatives across various channels and the delivery of proposals and tenders. We are looking for a leader who can see the big, picture, operationalise it and inspire a small team of marketing and communication professionals to excel in their work.

**Qualifications**:
As an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be a highly collaborative, driven, and creative individual with the ability to resonate with key target audiences. Fundamental qualifications and capabilities include:

- An appropriate degree qualification in Marketing and Communications or related discipline.
- You have demonstrated Marketing and Communications Management experience ideally in a professional services firm or external marketing agency.
- You are people focused and a highly skilled communicator. You enjoy engaging with others to spark ideas and creativity.
- You’re confident to share your point of view, but open to changing your mind. You listen intently and your communications are straight up, engaging and considered.
- You have a can-do approach and can deal with ambiguity. You’re motivated to deliver and you can easily move between tactical work and big picture work.
- A natural leader, you inspire others and genuinely care about their development and growth.
- You embody social responsibility to ensure Wynn Williams achieves their social purpose of ‘A level playing field for every player’.
