**What this opportunity involves**:
An opening exists for an experience Corporate Receptionist looking for an exciting opportunity to join an award winning Global Investment Bank in the Auckland CBD. You will enjoy working with a small team, in a modern office with amazing harbour views. If you are a person with a high standard of customer service, a genuine sense of hospitality, excellent communication skills & personal presentation who enjoys interacting with people at a corporate level then this is the role for you.
As a Corporate Receptionist, you are the first point of contact to provide a welcoming, professional style of service to all visitors, employees and contractors coming into the office. Ensuring the experience you provide is 5 star, aligning to the high standards required by JLL and our client.
**Key duties**:
Meet and greet of all incoming visitors while managing incoming calls and directing where appropriate
Ensuring reception & all meeting rooms are professionally presented at all times
Opening/closing of the floor, including mail distribution, opening of meeting rooms, unpacking/repacking dishwasher, restocking of pantry items (including stock control and ordering), automatic coffee machine management/maintenance
Managing all meeting room requests and their requirements, such as catering, parking & audio visual
Security access card management
Adhoc event management as required by the business
Adhoc administration duties such as, arranging domestic and international travel for the business, assisting with the processing of AMEX expenses, general management of invoices through our internal invoice management system Optima & assisting with printing & binding where needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Takes pride in personal presentation
Ability to relate positively on an individual basis with a wide range of stakeholders, include but not limited to Senior Executives and Professional Staff
Be a collaborative team player with the ability to work independently under matrix supervision
Must have experience in financial/investment bank services, 4 to 5 star hotel, hospitality or corporate reception/customer service role
Background check with no criminal history
