Our Facilities Operations Team are looking for a Fleet Coordinator to provide effective operational management of the Council's corporate vehicle fleet and plant. Your responsibilities will include carrying out vehicle inspections and annual audits, managing the servicing of vehicles and daily bookings, and investigating driver complaints and infringements.

We are seeking someone with a complex administration background who has proven organisational skills and a proactive approach. You will work with little supervision and be required to provide a monthly report outlining activity and any issues to the Manager Facilities Operations.

Working closely and collaboratively with colleagues ensuring the vehicle and plant needs of the organisation are met, whilst achieving efficiencies and cost effectiveness to best practice standards.

As a confident communicator, you will provide support and information to ensure quality standards and customer service expectations are met. If you are a problem solver, proactive and can demonstrate effective time management skills, this is the opportunity to take your experience to the next level.
