**What You'll Do**:

- Support the Workshop Manager in coordinating and supervising daily workshop operations.
- Distribute workloads based on team strengths and ensure timely service and repairs.
- Inspire and lead by example, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture.
- Ensure vehicles exceed customer expectations in appearance, functionality, and compliance.
- Train, coach, and develop workshop staff, sharing your technical expertise.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the workshop.
- Communicate progress, escalate unresolved issues, and uphold thl's customer-focused values.

**What You'll Bring**:

- ** Experience**: 5+ years of mechanical expertise or a full NZQA Trade Certification.
- ** Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of automotive systems, repairs, and warranties.
- ** Leadership**: Strong interpersonal skills to motivate, train, and support your team.
- ** Customer Focus**: Passionate about delivering top-notch service and fleet quality.
- ** Technical Proficiency**: Competence in diagnostics, repairs, and Microsoft Office tools.
- ** Drive**: Full driver's licence and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
