Receptionist / Office Administrator - Tauranga

We are looking for an Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our Business Services team in Tauranga
In this pivotal role you will be involved in a variety of tasks including interfacing with clients by providing a cheerful smile at reception, managing the vehicle fleet and ensuring the office supplies and facilities are well maintained.
This is a full time role based in the Tauranga office, where your hard work and positive work ethic will be rewarded
**The key responsibilities of the role include**:
- Greeting our callers and visitors in a warm and friendly way
- Assisting with accounts, vehicle fleet management and health & safety
- Providing a full range of word processing and proofreading services in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Formatting reports and other relevant correspondence to ensure documentation is produced, published and collated efficiently
- Organising office based events and catering as required
- Arranging couriers and packing of items for dispatch
- Scanning, printing and filing documentation
- Looking after our café and kitchen, keeping it tidy and well stocked
- Assisting with travel and accommodation arrangements and logistics as required
- Supporting other Business Services staff with onboarding
- Other ad hoc support for staff as required
Ideally you will be outgoing, enthusiastic and motivated person with an optimistic 'can do' attitude to help our high performing team run smoothly.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- To be well presented, self-motivated individual with exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- 4 years' experience + in administration.
- The ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work accurately under conflicting time pressures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great attention to detail - meticulous in managing information
- Have a positive attitude
- Experienced in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- A driver's license as you may be running errands
