**About the Organisation**
This large Real Estate Agency based in Wellington CBD is looking for an Admin Team Lead to join their Corporate Services Team, reporting to the Operations Manager. With offices across NZ, they have built up a highly reputable brand and are considered one of the top Agencies in New Zealand. This particular branch has a staff compliment of around 40.
**About the Role**
As the Admin Team Lead (Engine Room Manager) you will provide leadership, training and support to the Concierge Department members. Further to this, you will review processes and systems and provide the business and it’s clients with an efficient administration service of the highest quality.
You will be managing 14 remote working staff whilst being based in the Wellington office.
This is a varied and challenging role where no two days will be the same. There is huge growth potential in this role and they are ideally looking for someone who wants to grow their career in this space
**About You**
You will have strong multi-tasking skills and enjoy problem solving. Further to this, you will ideally come from a Real Estate background where you have a solid understanding of processes such AML, Contract Managment etc. You will have unparalleled organisational and time management skills as you will be expected to juggle a number of tasks.
Previous Team Lead experience or demonstrated leadership skills will be highly advantageous
