**A bit about your role;**

Working out of our Albany office, you will be the central point of contact between Downer, our clients and third parties to ensure accurate and timely service to everyone involved. If you are looking for a fast paced, diverse and supportive working environment where individuals are encouraged, supported and trained to achieve then look no further
- This is a 6-month, fixed term contract, until Feb/March 2024._

In this position you will:

- Receive client requests
- Log jobs and dispatch staff to the various sites
- Update systems with accurate information and job details
- Monitor live jobs and action any additional requests
- Accurately enter data to track job performance
- Communicate with external and internal stakeholders
