This is a great opportunity for an experienced SAP Basis Support Analyst to join one of the most progressive organization in Auckland

**Key responsibilities**:

- System management and administration - availability
- Customer service requests - support
- System evolution - capacity management
- Enhancements and upgrades - projects
- Organizational obligations

Your key relationships will be with the Platform & Operational staff, SAP Functional / development staff, and other ICT staff.

**Ideal person**:
**Qualifications**
- An SAP certification is preferred
- A tertiary qualification or industry certification is preferred. Service delivery or operational management experience is desirable.

**Experience**
- At least 7+ years Basis Administration experience and an excellent technical knowledge of SAP technologies and their mangement including S4, CRM, SRM, Success Factors, Gateway, Enterprise Portal, Cloud Platform Integration, Process Orchestration, Cloud Connector / Web Dispatchers and Solution Manager.
- Database Administration skills medium to advanced level, SAP HANA, SQL Server and MaxDB.
- Experience with Microsoft Server technologies.
- Experience with SLES server technologies.

**Technical competencies**
- A full and complete understanding of good practice in terms of change management, database management and administration practices is essential.
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills, using professional judgement.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work within a team or autonomously.
