About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our People and Culture strategy and lead the design and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. You will work closely with our executive team to identify opportunities for improvement and develop initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive organisational change and improve performance
  • Lead the design and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address barriers to change
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development

Requirements

  • A strong background in organisational development and change management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
