**About the role**

We are looking for a driven, analytical, enthusiastic person to join our Workforce Management Team based in Auckland. You will enjoy being part of a high functioning team, have sound judgment, an eye for detail and an ability to build rapport with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and cultures.

Key Accountabilities:

- Manages day to day variations in employee and workgroup rosters to ensure the roster remains accurate and effective in meeting the workload demands on the district.
- Approves or declines leave or absence requests in accordance with agreed workgroup business rules to maintain optimum staffing levels.
- Co-operates and works effectively with other team members/employees in order to achieve team goals and standards.
- Prepare and present (written or verbal) information in a clear and concise way
- Enter, update and report on computer-based record keeping/filing systems.

Ideally, you will have experience:

- Working with Organisational MyPolice scheduling systems, Kronos, SuccessFactors and SAP.
- Working with, creating, and supporting rosters.
- Using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) to develop a high standard of reports.
- Adapting your personal approach and communication style to the individual and situations.
- Working under pressure.

This role is set at
