Lowie Recruitment International is looking for an experienced Nursing Coordinator to join us in Auckland, New Zealand assisting with our health workforce programme 'He Ara Mahi Hauora' (Pathway to Work in Health).

**Your duties will include, but are not limited to**:

- Travelling around New Zealand (at least fortnightly) and internationally to the Philippines and other international destinations (at least quarterly).
- Supporting the international programme with an eye for quality.
- Recruiting nursing resources to New Zealand roles.
- 12 years of experience as a registered nurse, at least 6 in New Zealand. Must be a current RN with NZ Nursing Council and a current practicing certificate.
- Wide range of clinical experience plus clinical teaching, nursing education or preceptorship desirable including aged care, general medicine and primary care
- Knowledge of nursing education with experience in coordinating/leading clinical teams and experience with professional development systems.
- New Zealand citizen or permanent resident with full clean NZ drivers license and ability to pass a full health check and police check.
- Speaker of Tagalog language, with ability to speak in te reo and tikanga MÄ
- ori (or a willingness to commit to this).
- Excellent English language competence (both oral and written). Bachelor Degree in Nursing/Science with post graduate certificate or diploma in nursing or relevant health discipline.
