Brand-new office administration opportunity - Porirua

**Your new company**

This well-established residential construction company is looking to grow their team in Wellington. Their Porirua based office is a modern space with around 9-10 headcount. The business and their people pride themselves on providing an excellent service in designing and building beautiful homes across Aotearoa.

**Your new role**

In this role, no two days will be the same. So prepare yourself to be busy, pick up new skills and work collaboratively with your team to fulfil the companies desired outcomes. You will be supporting with back office administrative duties, documentation, liaising with trades people and clients on the phone, use of our internal system and a little Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. You will also be looking after the Health and Safety and Compliance of the business and the wider team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong administrative skills and experience (preferably with construction/trades/property industry experience)
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Process driven and organised
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Suite
- Account experience desired but not essential
- Ability to work autonomously
