**_Are you an experienced Fleet Coordinator who is looking for the next step within your career? Due to a move overseas, we are now looking for a Fleet and Purchasing Coordinator to join us at our National Support Office in Ellerslie._***

**About the Role**

This is an integral role within our National Support Office that will see you responsible for the following:

- **Fleet Management**:administering and management of company fleet vehicles, replacement of vehicles, liaising with staff when renewals due, ordering of fuel cards, capex management and invoicing, maintenance of fixed asset register and liaise with marketing for sign writing requirements
- **Purchasing and Contracts**:ensure all goods and services, prepare reports as requested, management of the ALSCO, site suppliers and NSO cleaning contracts
- **Administration**:update and maintain Vehicle and Forklift Database, GPS Management, monthly lease invoices reviewed, management of contracts with external parties, handling complaints and providing support to drivers and managers, administer sale of courtesy vehicles, management of special projects, provide Driver Information packs, present at training days and notify staff of any speeding and/or parking infringements
- **Reporting**:Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports: monthly insurance report, vehicle analysis and excess km reports, GRAC and MOM report for Property Asset Manager, commercial vehicle and body build report
- **Insurance Management**: administer and lodge vehicle insurance claims, administer public liability claims, analyse monthly reports from insurance brokers
- **Finance & Budgeting**:prepare annual leave (Opex) and body build (Capex) budgets, assist finance and budgeting team with variances and forecasting, report on all capex related vehicle expenditure, prepare monthly fuel usage reports, attend to other queries as required
- **Fleet Body Builds**: prepare and manage the annual build programme, liaising with the build and lease companies
- **Health and Safety**:Actively promote and ensure HSE policies and procedures are adhered to and followed

**To be successful you will need**:

- A minimum of 5 years' experience working within a similar role as a Fleet Coordinator, with added bills management and purchasing expertise
- Proven understanding of project management, from inception through to completion
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external business stakeholders
- Strong computer literacy, with previous SAP experience
- The capability to work independently and as part of a wider team
