As a Fleet Administrator, you will be assisting the fleet team with scheduling and coordinating routine COF and maintenance of the vehicle fleet. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the fleet, optimizing utilization, maintaining vehicle records, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and implementing efficient fleet management practices. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be essential for success in this role.

The technical stuff you'll need includes:

- Preferred at least 3 years' experience in an similar role
- Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills and be a proficient user of Microsoft and accounting software packages
- Literate and numerate skills

- Good organizational, administrative and time management skills
