- **About the opportunity**

Fonterra is embarking upon a Future Business Systems (FBS) programme to deliver a simplified and standardised set of business processes to support the Long Term Aspiration of the Co-operative.As part of the FBS Programme, the Core System of Record (CSoR) will be replaced with a set of simplified and standardised business process, based upon the next generation of ERP solution, S/4 HANA. The CSoR Programme will be led by a Programme Delivery Director and will cover processes operated within the SAP system, covering Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales Order Fulfilment. The programme will be multi-year and will have a budget in the 100s of millions of dollar range.This role,
- **Organisation Design Lead** will report to the Head of OCM, CSoR and will be accountable for understanding the programme’s impact on the organisational structure of the business, designing its future state, and implementing the right operating model and ways of working to support the new standard business processes and tools being introduced.
- **Key responsibilities include**:

- **
Organisational Needs Assessment**: Collaborate with operational managers to assess the impact of adopting standard processes on teams. Work with People and Culture team to align with Fonterra best practices.
- ** Operating Model Design**: Engage with people leaders to understand the implementation of new business processes. Design an optimal operating model covering people, processes, systems, and data.
- ** Future State Organisation Design**:Collaborate with people leaders to design an organisational structure supporting the target state operating model. Standardise hierarchies and roles across entities for scalability.
- ** Implementation**: Ensure the rollout of operating models and organisation design aligns with the CSoR plan.
- ** Roles and Responsibilities Design**:Define roles and responsibilities in collaboration with end-to-end business stakeholders. Ensure standard and scalable allocation of SAP roles.
- ** Change Support**:Develop collateral to support teams through organisational change. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for a smooth transition.
- ** Strategic Workforce Planning**: Collaborate with P&C to plan for future workforce capabilities aligned with new processes and tools.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:Review and refine organisational structures and operating models for continuous improvement. Systemise a method of continuous improvement to enhance efficiency.
- ** Adoption**:Champion and drive adoption of operating models and organisational structures. Establish measures to track and report on adoption progress.
- ** Controls**:Implement effective controls around role structures and SAP roles. Work closely with the Role Mapping and Access lead to ensure consistency.
- ** Scale**:Ensure the organisational design is scalable globally. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure scalability end-to-end.
