We have an exclusive opening for an** Asset Coordinator** based onsite at** Auckland Prison in Paremoremo**. As part of our elite team, you will play a pivotal role in managing contracts and ensuring seamless operations, all while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.

**About the Role**:
- You will be the mastermind behind managing, tracking, and optimising crucial assets within the facility.
- Oversee the lifecycle of assets, from acquisition to disposal, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
- Implement asset tracking systems, enabling real-time monitoring and safeguarding against loss or misuse.
- Conduct regular audits to assess asset condition, performance, and compliance with established standards.
- Collaborate closely with facility management and maintenance teams to support asset needs and plan for future requirements.
- Liaise with the Internal/External Asset Management team to update and maintain the Asset Management Plans as well as processing life-cycle claims.
- Coordinate and secure BWOF compliance.
**About You**:
- A minimum of two years administration experience, ideally in a FM/AM environment.
- The ability to work autonomously with mínimal direction.
- Proactive in identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Working knowledge of Asset Management software packages, such as JDE or SAP is highly desirable.
