Join us as an Agile Delivery Lead, where you'll be a pivotal force in executing our transformation vision and strategy as part of the Te Pae Tawhiti Programme.
Te Pae Tawhiti - Our Future is about MSD's future role and how we can make a bigger and better difference for New Zealanders.
Te Pae Tawhiti Transformation Programme is a major undertaking, spanning several years and delivering significant benefits to over a million New Zealanders who access MSD support and services. This is a once in a generation opportunity to be involved in MSD's multi-year transformation journey.

Te āhua o te tūranga / about the roleYour role will encompass effective coordination of the programme's work streams, managing their inter-dependencies, and overseeing risks and issues, ensuring the seamless delivery of new capabilities and the realization of projected benefits.In this dynamic, fast-paced environment, you'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, Workstream Leads, and the Programme Director, aligning efforts to optimize capabilities and performance.

Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako / skills and experience
- Extensive experience in planning, directing, and coordinating activities to manage and implement programmes from initiation to operational transition, with a proven track record in large-scale transformation and/or business change programmes.
- Deep understanding of traditional and agile delivery approaches applied in transformation or large-scale change programmes, coupled with the ability to use a range of metrics to monitor programme success and health.
- Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in data analysis and interpretation to make evidence-based decisions that support transformation delivery and implementation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, with a history of building strategic, long-term relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, facilitating engagement in support of service delivery and change projects.
- Significant interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of effective relationships and the influence to drive desired outcomes across multiple teams within a programme.
- Experience in programme resource planning, risk management, and the effective deployment of staff capabilities, ensuring clarity, transformative change, and the setting of clear goals.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large teams and delivery leaders in complex environments, showcasing strong verbal and written communication skills, and a commitment to quality service and result delivery.
