Are you an experienced & motivated Agile Delivery Lead looking to join our collaborative team, where you will be working within the Location Information business group. This position facilitates portfolio level planning and execution. As a servant leader and coach, you are also responsible for escalating impediments, managing risk, and helping drive programme level continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity with focus on articulating the overall delivery and the implementation of the business group's work, ensuring priorities are clear, leading the planning, and facilitating squads to deliver. As an Agile facilitator, you coach at the portfolio, programme, and squad levels, empowering those squads to self-organise, self-manage, coordinate and meet delivery goals.

This is a ‘leading with influence' role and your knowledge and guidance will be an important contributor to our organisation's Agile journey.
**This position will include**:
- Championing, leading, and embedding Agile across the business group,
- Developing and tracking objectives for 120 day planning for visibility and transparency,
- Participating as a member of the Location Information Leadership Squads,
- Facilitating Agile ceremonies at both squad and programme levels,
- Coaching leaders, teams, and Scrum Masters in Agile practices and mindsets,
- Helping manage risks and dependencies as well as escalating and tracking impediments,
- Working with Leaders, Scrum Masters and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment,
- Driving continuous improvement via regular Retrospectives, including assessing the agility level of the squads and driving improvements,
- Working with Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of Agile including fostering Communities of Practice and the use of quality practices,
- Partnering with other leaders to ensure successful delivery against 120 day commitments,
- Focusing on the functional (technical) management of Scrum Masters, developing team capability through coaching, mentoring, and actively sharing knowledge and expertise.
The expected appointment range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000
