Scrum Lead
- Service Delivery - Future Service Model Team (FSM) under the Te Pae Tawhiti work programme - Fixed Term or Secondment to 20 December 2024- Wellington Based only

Te Pae Tawhiti - Our Future is about MSD's future role and how we can make a bigger and better difference for New Zealanders. Te Pae Tawhiti Transformation Programme is a major undertaking, spanning several years and delivering significant benefits to over a million New Zealanders who access MSD support and services. This is a once in a generation opportunity to be involved in MSD's multi-year transformation journey.

**Where you'll be working**: The FSM Team, operating under the Te Pae Tawhiti Programme of work, is looking for a dynamic Scrum Lead. “The Future Service Model lies at the heart of our transformation.” At MSD we help New Zealanders to be safe, strong and independent. People across New Zealand use MSD's services to access income, employment and housing support. We know that to make more equitable outcomes for our diverse communities, and to achieve the aspirations of MSD's long-term strategy, Te Pae Tawhiti, we need to do things differently.
This is where the FSM comes in. FSM expresses the transformation required to realise the ambitions set out in Te Pae Tawhiti - Our Future, and the case for change that is required to integrate across MSD through the delivery of Te Pae Tata - MSD's Māori Strategy and Action Plan, and Pacific Prosperity - Our Pacific Strategy and Action Plan. FSM touches on every aspect of what we do and how we do it here at MSD

You'll have some sound knowledge of the work being undertaken in the FSM Team and how it all fits together under the Te Pae Tawhiti Programme. With your proven effective communication skills with all staffing levels, high organisational ability, and capability to balance multiple demands at any one time, you'll be able to demonstrate the ability to support the FSM Team to progress work while providing awareness of any competing and aligning work from the various areas that make up the FSM Team.
It's important that you have knowledge and are comfortable with preparing and facilitating different agile ceremonies and have a solid knowledge of JIRA.
