**About the opportunity**

Fonterra is embarking upon a programme to deliver a simplified and standardised set of business processes to support the Long-Term Aspirations of the Co-operative. To enable this, the Core System of Record (CSoR) will be replaced with a set of simplified and standardised business processes, based upon the next generation of SAP’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, S/4 HANA. The CSoR Programme will cover processes operated within the SAP system, covering Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sales Order Fulfilment. The programme will be of significant size and scale for the co-op.

This role, **Head of Deployment**, will be responsible for overseeing the deployment and implementation of solutions to our target business, working closely with delivery partners and local implementation teams. This role will involve managing the entire project lifecycle for deployment across multiple waves of implementation, ensuring a smooth transition with mínimal disruption to the business.

**Qualities that will help you succeed**:

- Development, testing, and cutover skills and experience.
- Master data management and/or data delivery in large-scale ERP programs.
- Large scale, IT enabled, transformation program experience, ideally in a similar role
- Experience in ERP programs with similar scope and complexity.
- Strong planning and project management skills.
- Business relationship management skills.
- High business acumen and understanding of existing operational practices.
- Agile mindset and drive to meet all program objectives.
- Proficiency in vendor management, contract management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Awareness of emerging technologies.
- Problem solver and innovative thinker.
- Project/Programme Management professional certifications (e.g., PMP/PgMP) preferred.
