**What will you do?**

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a talent for administration and coordination to join our fast-paced Development, Design & Construction team. Key responsibilities include:
- Arranging and coordinating regular construction meetings across NZ and AU; managing catering, booking meeting rooms, managing scheduling conflicts, and collating & preparing relevant documentation
- Managing travel arrangements and associated logistics for our DD&C teams
- Taking meeting minutes and following up as required, ensuring all actions are completed
- Assisting with event planning and delivering across the DD&C function
- Supporting with a range of system and process improvement projects; continuously looking for ways to create efficiencies
