Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager Assistant to join our Christchurch team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the administration function and contributing to the overall success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the administration function, including diary management and meeting room organisation
  • Process invoices and expenses, and perform other finance-related duties
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Contribute to the development of business processes and procedures

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level in core Microsoft packages - particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow, priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proactive with the ability to work autonomously
  • Reliable with a strong attention to detail
