**YOUR ROLE**
We’re looking for a team assistant to join our Business Operations team based in Canterbury. To be successful in this role, you’ll provide efficient, effective, and timely administrative and team management support to the Business Operations to help service the IAG Group and ensure operation in accordance with the Group’s risk and compliance framework and the Group’s human resources policies and procedures. You’ll also be aiding in the development of ongoing processes and improvements.
This a diverse role, requiring you to manage requests around document support, booking travel and accommodation, diary management, meeting logistics and many other tasks. You’ll also be kept busy with some financial administration and reporting to ensure the team runs smoothly
**ABOUT YOU**
- Completion of tertiary education (essential)
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar position
- Advanced Microsoft suite experience
- Experience with Finance systems and reporting
- Experience with Ariba, EMS, Docusign, IManage, Tableau and Power BI
- High level of communication in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CTP claims and regulator and policy procedure is preferred
