Formed in 2020, Neptune Pacific Line acquired Pacific Direct Line, bringing together two of the South Pacific’s top shipping and logistics companies to support the full supply chain of our customers in the region. NPDL is part of The Wonderful Company headquartered in the USA (including Fiji Water).
NPDL operates 9 containerships, moving +240k TEU between AU, NZ and the Pacific Islands, as well as the USA. We have strong partnerships with PIL, CMA, MSK and other lines, moving cargo across 25 customer destinations in 16 countries.
**Job Description**:
As our Operations Support Analyst, you'll take charge of the accurate and timely allocation of all Equipment/Logistics Cost, empowering informed decision making like never before. You will navigate multiple databases, synchronize costs with supplier contracted rates, process supplier invoices with lightning speed, on-charge expenses, handle claims and credits, and dazzle everyone with regular reports on expenditures and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your collaboration with the Equipment teams and the broader NPDL business will ignite a fire of innovation, as you uncover process improvement opportunities and unveil cost-effective options that will put us in good stead.

- Process & system development and implementation
**Qualifications**:

- Previous relevant experience in a similar role.
- High attention to detail with a passion for process
- Strong analytical skills, thorough understanding of MS Excel and similar.
This is a full-time permanent role in Parnell / Auckland. In this role, you will bring a structured approach to your work, diligently prioritizing tasks within agreed parameters. As a collaborative team player, you will excel in building strong relationships and actively partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. Your hands-on approach will shine as you work closely with the team to consistently produce high-quality deliverables. Meeting agreed deadlines will be a priority for you, ensuring that all assigned work is completed on-time and in-full, demonstrating your commitment to excellence.
