**About The Role | Te mahi**

An exciting opportunity awaits an outstanding Spa Manager to join the team at the beautiful and modern Moss Spa Queenstown located within the Five Mile shopping centre.

We are looking for a passionate, motivated, and inspiring customer-focused Spa Manager who is willing to exceed guests' expectations with memorable spa treatments and outstanding service.

This is a permanent full-time salary role on a 40-hour contract.

**Responsibilities | Ngā haepapa**

- Ensure the Spa has high product quality and treatment measures.
- Upsell and drive sales of retail products and seek new products that align with our brand.
- Upsell Spa cuisine and beverages.
- Ensure all interactions with guests at the spa meet or exceed the Moss operating standards.
- Ensure all areas of the Spa are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation governing the operation of a Spa facility including responsible service of alcohol / host responsibility.
- Competent with effective rostering.
- Ensure the client experience is relaxing and in accordance with the Moss Spa standards.
- Drive revenue to exceed budget targets and implement revenue-generating activations.
- Work closely with front office to capture inhouse guests.
- Confident with report writing and financial analysis.
- Attend trade shows / Bridal fairs.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified CIBTAC or ITEC equivalent.
- Previous Management experience in a luxury day spa preferred.
- Willing to work flexible hours as required across 7 days.
- Passionate about Spa and luxury treatments.
- Willing to deliver the best customer service and experience to our clients.
- GM certificate an advantage.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, team, and communication skills are essential.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
- Strong working knowledge of Spa systems preferably Spaone.
- Sales and revenue generation experience.
- Current valid rights to work in New Zealand
- NZQF Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.
