As a key role within the organisation, you will be the first point of contact for both visitors and all staff and will be providing day-to-day support to the livestock procurement, production, administration and marketing teams.

Duties will include:

- Monitoring the shared Accounts Inbox
- Raising purchase orders
- Arranging for couriers to pick up and deliver packages
- Process specialized documentation for the site’s by-products (E-Certs)
- Managing the Crown record storage database
- Processing and reconciling cartage invoices
- Distributing employment packs to new employees
- Managing the collection of recycling bins
- Updating the intranet and processing staff meat orders on a weekly basis
- Ordering lunchroom supplies
- Providing backup to the payroll team, which would certainly add another skill to your resume (training will be provided).
