Job Overview:

Skills and Experience**:

  • At least 2 year's previous experience in Administration Department.
  • Be Confident in Excel, Word, and outlook.
  • Payroll and accounts support.
  • General reception and admin duties.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have excellent accuracy and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, recordkeeping, and document preparation.
  • Maintain and update company databases, records and filling systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies.
  • Be professional and Proactive.
  • Setup the process/Admin/sales System.
  • Manage sales and purchase agreements.
