**About the role**
We are looking for an office admin superstar to join a great team. This role reports to the Financial Controller and provides plenty of development opportunities. You will assist the team with all general office functions including finance and customer service.

**Duties include**:

- General administrative support to the team
- Supporting the Finance Team with accounts receivable, purchasing and reporting etc.,
- Providing excellent customer service to visitors
- Dealing with general enquiries from customers, clients and contractors.

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience in admin, preferably with a flare for finance
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Reception skills would be a bonus
- A dab hand at computers - especially Excel and Word
- An eye for detail, a positive attitude and ability to multi-task and prioritise.
