**Summary**
The Client Manager - Specialist is a technical expert who is the focal point for ensuring superior service delivery. You will act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and will be instrumental in remedying issues, providing advice and working internally to proactively coordinate the very best service delivery across Financial Services.

**Primary focus of the role**:
- To ensure seamless client service delivery
- To deliver advice and/or co-ordinate that advice within Mercer
- To provide professional secretarial, governance and compliance services to a portfolio of clients.
- To provide relationship management services or assist with Relationship Manager (where applicable), in building and maintaining the strategic relationship with the client and key client stakeholders
- Provide support to the Senior Relationship Managers and the team.
**What you need to have**:
- Experience in superannuation or finance industry
- 3 years customer service/client relationship management experience, ideally in financial services organisation
- A proven motivated self-starter with initiative.
- Agility with excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to:
- work effectively within a team environment.
- work well under pressure and efficiently against deadlines.
- prioritise multiple projects and ability to go the extra mile.
- maintain confidentiality.
