Northland Toyota is looking for a Service Advisor to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is driven by results.

The Service Advisor is responsible for leading the customer service experience at within our service department. This role involves providing advice and recommendations to our customers about the service and repair of their vehicles, always ensuring that the customer’s experience is of the highest standard. The Service Advisor will need to be able to confidently handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information.

The key responsibilities of the Service Advisor.
- Answering customer inquiries and providing advice and recommendations relating to the service and repair of their vehicles- Making bookings for service and repairs- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service- Maintaining an accurate record of customer interactions- Identifying and addressing customer concerns.- Always maintain a professional and friendly manner with customers- Updating customer records and managing customer accounts- Liaising with workshop staff to ensure customer requirements are met.- Creating and maintaining relationships with our clientsAbout You
- Previous experience within the automotive industry is an advantage.- Able to work to a high standard in a busy and high-pressure environment.- Excellent communication skills- Strong attention to detail and accuracy- Excellent time management- Full New Zealand Driver’s license- Ability to work Saturdays as per roster.
