What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide top-notch customer service by answering inquiries with confidence and accuracy.
- Assist customers by ordering the right parts and accessories to meet their needs.
- Handle the receipting, charging, and dispatching of goods efficiently.
- Deliver and pick up parts locally, ensuring timely service.
- Collaborate with workshop staff to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with our clients.
- Keep customers up-to-date and handle all interactions in a professional and friendly manner.
What Makes You a Great Fit?
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but a passion for customer service and problem-solving is what we value most.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where your excellent communication skills and attention to detail shine.
- You have great time management abilities and can juggle multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
- Hold a full New Zealand driver's license and are available to work Saturdays as part of a roster.
