Recruitment Support:

- Provide Recruitment support to a large community employer
- Varied scope of work

Description:

- To recruit, induct, manage and support the workforce through probationary period
- Provide recruitment support for the Northland area
- Work closely with our Human Resources Manager, Trainer and Service Delivery Teams on recruitment needs & all actions required

About the company:
Home Support North is a “not for profit” organisation that provides homecare and personal care to Clients throughout Northland. We are a well-respected large service provider based in Northland with offices in Whangarei and Kerikeri.

Your work will involve
- Online advertising and social media
- Screening, interviewing and selection
- Full recruitment Administration processing and Job offers
- Provide Induction training and support during probationary period
- Assist Human Resources Manager with Performance Management and development of HR systems

This is a full time permanent position, working up to 40 hours per week (flexible)

About You
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Comfortable asking hard questions
- Ability to take on market challenges and work through solutions
- Strong focus on learning and developing in role
- Previous Recruitment / Human Resource experience would be an advantage, but not essential, however a demonstrated track record of learning is essential
- Strong computer skills including use of social media
- Intermediate competency using Microsoft office
- Strong attention to detail
- Full drivers license and some travel within the Mid/Far North required
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Proactive and ability to drive recruitment process
