**Service Advisor: Terra Cat, Whangarei**

**Position Overview**:
As a Service Advisor at Terra Cat Whangarei, you will be the key liaison between our clients and our skilled service team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient servicing of heavy machinery, meeting customer expectations, and contributing to the overall success of our service department.

**Key Duties**:
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, understanding their service needs, and communicating service updates.

Service Coordination: Schedule and coordinate service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow in the service department.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, service requests, and work performed.

Technical Understanding: Develop a basic understanding of heavy machinery and equipment to effectively communicate with customers and technicians.

Communication: Keep customers informed about the status of their equipment, estimated completion times, and any additional service recommendations.

**Preferably you will**:

- Have some mechanical aptitude or experience
- Put the customer at the forefront of all you do
- Be super organised, driving and following processes
- Have a collaborative and engaging approach and superior communication skills
