The Regional Clinical and Capital Service Planning programme is a time bound piece of work until 31 October 2023. We are looking to recruit a programme co-ordinator to support a small regional team in this time period. The purpose of the programme is to create regional clinical service plans for Cardiology, Renal and Critical Care that are people-centred and will improve equity, access, efficiency, and effectiveness (one service, many sites).

To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who is flexibile and agile to support the co-ordination of the teams work who are located regionally. It's a varied role suited to someone who works well in a team environment.

You’ll also have:

- An exacting attention to detail
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- A willingness to help or problem solve wherever required
- An understanding of a healthcare environment
- A proactive approach and willingness to take on new tasks or challenges
- The ability to effectively manage conflicting demands on your time and make decisions in pressure situations
- Be able to travel to other parts of Te Manawa Taki if required
- A strong understanding of the entire Microsoft Office suite and other communication tools such as Survey Monkey, MentiMeter
