**About the role**:

- Keep on top of major construction projects within your territory
- Find and secure new business through existing and new key clients - Tier 1 contractors
- Be the point of contact for your region providing technical product knowledge expertise (the finer details of this will be trained)
- A true solution-based sales role

**About you**:

- You have proven technical sales experience from within the building industry
- You possess excellent sales, communication and presentation skills
- You are self-motivated and can work independently
- Experience working in a consultative sales environment or fit for purpose (solution sales) would be a major advantage
- You have a mechanical and technical mind along with the ability to retain extensive product knowledge
- You enjoy being out on the road, at times visiting multiple locations in a day
