We operate as a wholesale entity, partnering with retail service providers (RSPs) and mobile network operators (MNOs), who in turn offer a diverse range of plans and services to customers using our robust network. This collaboration has enabled us to reach over 249,000 households and businesses across regions including Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawke’s Bay, Manawatū-Whanganui, Taranaki, and Auckland.

**The role**

Based in our head office in Hamilton, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person wanting a permanent full time administration position. We are after someone who loves being a part of a team and thrives within a busy office environment.

Some examples of what you will be doing are:

- Provide Admin Services/Front of House cover, including greeting visitors and customers, answering and directing calls.
- Ensure that kitchens are clean and tidy throughout the day
- Set up meeting rooms as required, ensure equipment/supplies are in order and rooms are tidy at all times
- Inducting new staff
- Raise and receipt purchase orders using Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Arrange travel for staff at request
- Order furniture and arrange maintenance, repairs, moves as required
- Assisting with event management as required, including our all staff company meetings

**Your unique contribution**
- Experience in a busy office environment
- Experience and confidence in using the MS Office suite - particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Current NZ drivers’ licence (restricted licence as a minimum)
- Customer focussed and a positive attitude
