As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Administration Officer in ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
About the Job
This part-time role (approximately 20 hours) will involve assisting with payroll, accounts payable and receivable, basic HR functions, and general administration tasks. You will work closely with various departments, including management, finance, operations, engineering, and external service providers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration, payroll, or accounts
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist in all areas of the business
