**Your bit**

You’ll manage a portfolio of clients from Hawkes Bay, south - nurturing and growing solid relationships through regular contact, value-add, and those all-important moments of results and client delight. It’s all about effective outcomes and enduring partnerships - making sure the foundations of trust, delivery, and uncompromising service are always in play. As part of this, keeping the internal process running at optimum level is paramount. As such, project coordination, brief writing, and inter-team collaboration will all be critical pieces of the success puzzle.

**Who you are**

You won’t be new to account management, but you’ll have plenty of scope and hunger for growth. We’re keen to be impressed by your ability to engage and build relationships with people from all walks, not to mention your polished presentation and communication skills. You’ll have strong digital skills and creative instincts, and a natural knack for opportunity spotting. Chances are you’re currently agency-side and ready for your next step and a chance to spread your wings.
