**Your new job**

You’ll be just as good at growing client relationships as you are at creating new ones from scratch, which is good, because this role involves both. It’s a bit of account management, a bit of business development, and a lot of that magic that makes it all look easy. Sound like you? We thought so. You’ll have a keen eye for opportunities, always ready to support your clients’ talent attraction strategies by selling our recruitment, media and creative solutions to fit. You also have that rare knack for anticipating your clients’ future needs - even before they do, a skill you’ve fine-tuned in your experience in a similar client champion role.

This is a busy role where no two days are the same - really. While we’re pretty prolific nationwide, Wellington will be your domain. That means you’ll support some of our most important clients across healthcare, central and local Government, and a number of top NZ businesses. You’ll be out engaging with your base one day, in the office helping make their recruitment strategies a reality the next. You’ll even escape the capital for a bit of occasional travel, supporting clients as far up as Hawke’s Bay and across the South Island.

Yours will be a real growth region for us. That’s why we’re keen to find a well-established recruiter or agency AD who knows the Wellington market as well as they know you.
