Job Title: Procurement and Logistics Administrator

**Job Type**: Permanent, Full-Time role, 40 Hours per week

Location: Auckland

**Salary**: $29 - $32 per hour

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Procurement and Logistics Administrator to join our team at Services NZ Limited trading as Paktec.nz. This is a full-time, permanent role requiring 40 hours per week between Mon Friday. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the procurement and importation process, ensuring compliance with regulations, facilitating the inward process, manage inventory and stock management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage the procurement and importation process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure accurate and complete documentation for customs clearance.
- Prepare and review import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
- Maintain and update procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier information.
- Verify and classify goods according to customs regulations and tariff codes, ensuring compliance with import laws and regulations.
- Calculate and process import duties, taxes, and fees accurately, ensuring compliance with financial and accounting procedures.
- Communicate and coordinate with customs authorities, resolving any customs-related issues or inquiries that may arise during the importation process.
- Monitor and track the status of imported shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders regarding shipment progress and anticipated delivery dates.
- Liaise with other internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and receipt of imported goods.
- Devanning of containers ensuring stock is entered correctly into Carton Cloud/ Tradevineand putting stock awayinto the warehouse.
- Stock Management daily - Monitoring warehouse stock and ensuring stock status is completely accurate.
- Overseeing staging and pricing of freight before loading for deliveries.
- Creating shipping labels on software and coordinating with transportation companies to track order status, resolve issues, and ensure on-time delivery of goods and services.
- Updating warehouse stock bays at the end of the shift.

**Requirements**:

- Previous Warehousing / Supply Chain experience essential (5+ years experience).
- Hand-on experience in using warehouse and Sale Integration software isrecommended.
- Experience in Devanning, Forklift Driving, Reach Driving Pick, andPacking will be advantageous.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing procurement documentation and records.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of documentation requirements, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Proficient in using import-related software and tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to analyze supplier quotations and resolve import-related issues and discrepancies.
- Knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and procedures.
- NZ full drivers license or appropriate overseas license required.
