**About the role**

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be part of a small but highly skilled team. As an experienced Production Support Co-ordinator, you’ll be working alongside our Production teams to manage all Nonconformances, updating of MI/PI, SOP’s and CAPA management. You will also undertake and lead specific projects associated with production and facilitate meetings for any quality issues within production. You will be required to comply with pharmaceutical good manufacturing practices (GMP), principles and protocols and follow the standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards in a safe and timely manner.

This is a permanent full-time role with working hours of 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday to Friday however we will consider flexible work hours for the right person.

**About you**

We’re looking for an experienced team player who is highly capable in the technical aspects of the role and committed to tackling challenging problems with the implementation of best practice knowledge. You will a minimum of 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role with the relevant tertiary qualification.

Your background, experience and personal attributes will include:

- Sound project management skills with an ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate accordingly.
- Well developed report writing skills and use of MS Office suites.
- Excellent attention to detail with great time management
- Be a team player with a can-do positive attitude.
- Have experience in a similar role and knowledge of GMP and/or highly regulated environment is preferable.
- An ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
