**About the role**
We recognise that our people are our greatest resource and we are excited to offer this opportunity for a People & Culture Co-ordinator to join our team located in Highbrook.
We are looking for an administrative star to ensure the People function at Big Chill Distribution is supportive of our team and management, whilst adhering to compliance with legislation. You will also get the opportunity to work collaboratively with the wider leadership team on all things people related.
Key aspects of this role include:
- Coordinating recruitment and facilitating onboarding
- Supporting managers with HR requirements
- Liaison with staff around HR-related policies and procedures
- Coordination of training
- Coordination of wellness programs
- Champion our values
**You will have**
- Demonstrated experience in generalist HR with exposure across the People and Culture function including administration, recruitment, and training co-ordination.
- A high attention to detail and your organisation skills means you know what priorities you have and what needs to be completed.
- Great skills across the Microsoft suite and experience with SAP Success Factors would be an advantage.
- Exceptional all-round interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability to adapt your style to varied audiences and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
