Events Co-ordinator

This is a hybrid role, 20% of your time will be supporting our Head of Broker with diary and travel management and 80% supporting our Head of Broker Key Partnerships with planning and co-ordination of events within Ando’s Broker Distribution Division.
This role is key to creating experiences that promote networking, business growth and engagement, you’ll be responsible for:
- Diary & management & Travel Management for the Head of Broker (20%)
- Taking the lead on all event co-ordination.
- Identify and manage attendees.
- Work with our marketing team to promote events.
- Monitor and manage event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Preconference team briefings & Post-conference debriefing reporting.
- Collaborate with the wider broker distribution teams
- General communications support to Broker Leadership team
- Running reports in Ando’s analytics platform
- Creating presentations and inputting report data
You show the following qualities:
- Experience in an Personal Assistant role supporting senior stakeholders.
- Proven experience in event planning and co-ordination.
- Proven ability to work and converse effectively with all levels of colleagues, clients, and other external contacts.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills, ability to multitask
- Quick thinker and problem solver.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Systems savvy;
