You will be an intermediate level specialist who comes with 1-2 years marketing automation experience and a natural eye for detail. You’ll have an innate understanding of technology, an ability to manage projects and strong communication skills. You will be able to explain technical concepts fluently and help our clients bridge the divide between marketing & technology teams.
You will have strong analytical skills and capacity to clearly evaluate data in light of client objectives and business focuses. Additionally you’ll have a strong marketing technology background with a clear understanding of digital processes from strategy, planning to delivery and evaluation.

**This role**:
This role provides leadership and consultancy to both clients and internal teams to understand their requirements for data and tech development that will support their business goals and ensure they are set up for a future facing approach to customer-centric, data-driven experiences.
This Marketing Automation Specialist requires a clear understanding of the client’s audience and data strategy, what that means for technology platforms, and how that technology needs to be embedded in the team structure/processes.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Consultancy to FCB clients directly on best in class approach to data and tech development, providing clear and structured advice on how to undertake data strategy and understand technology requirements.
- Support day-to-day operations of integrated marketing initiatives and ensure execution of strategy across multiple technical platforms.
- Develop, manage, execute, and optimise digitally-led, integrated marketing campaigns.
- Manage eDM’s and basic landing pages via marketing automation platforms through use of native editors and (some) HTML.
- Providing thought leadership and best practices in order to elevate and grow agency data and tech offering
- Collaborating with agency stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and effective business
- Collect and maintain platform certifications as part of our overall Technology Partner requirements
