They use data, insights and technology to create personalised and relevant experiences for their customers across various channels and platforms.

**Your new role**

You will work closely with other teams within the company, such as Client Partnerships, Customer, Data & Analytics, Data Engineering and Technology, as well as external agencies, to deliver campaigns and journeys that meet the objectives and expectations of the clients and customers.

You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the marketing automation and delivery function, by developing process guides and documentation, following pre-defined processes, peer checking campaigns, managing workflows and schedules, and assisting with the implementation and adoption of new channels.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working with a marketing automation platform of some kind
- Experience in building audience segments and setting up canvases and schedules
- Experience in sending proof messages and managing alterations and re-proofing
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A positive and proactive attitude
- A willingness to learn and grow
