**He angitūtanga: The opportunity**
You will be responsible for maintaining and growing business relationships with our clients. Focussed on results you will drive existing business through upselling and cross selling opportunities, developing long-term partnerships, and providing clients with innovative solutions that are tailored specifically to their business needs.
Additional key responsibilities:
- Identify potential areas of growth, including cross selling or upselling products to existing customers.
- Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with wider sales team to ensure maximum growth.
- Actively and successfully manage the sales process from start to finish including managing and maintaining your sales pipeline, ensuring all sales enquiries are followed through.
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients to determine their existing and future business needs.
- Ensure reporting is up to date and accurate (meetings, calls, opportunities etc)
- Attending industry events; tradeshows and networking events to aid in the development of new business revenue.
- Support sales and marketing initiatives.

We are looking for a strong communicator that can demonstrate the ability to influence others in sound judgment and decision-making.
Additionally, you will have:
- Great interpersonal skills and have great customer service ethos.
- To be a creative thinker, solutions and delivery focused
- Relevant qualification and/or proven experience working in a sales/AM/BD role.
- Have good business acumen and comfortable dealing with business owners and senior managers.
- Ability to prospect, establish and build new customer relations.
- The ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
