Our Employee Advisory and Resolution Service (EARS) offers confidential, impartial and informal support for AUT staff to discuss and seek support to resolve their workplace concerns with an independent party. This service is part of a renewed commitment by the University's leadership to bring a positive cultural shift in respect of bullying and harassment.
**The Role**
The Coordinator position is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced individual to support the service. This role will require you to work autonomously in close collaboration with the Head of EARS. A key focus area of the role will be to provide effective, efficient, and empathetic services to visitors and, constructive administrative support for the Service, and establish and maintain a quality working relationship with the Head of EARS and support the Employee Advisory & Resolution Service.

**Skill and experience required**:
- Sound experience in an administration position
- A genuine interest and understanding of how the impact of trauma has on health and well-being
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently, efficiently and be comfortable using their initiative and providing potential solutions
- High level of proficiency in the use of MS products, in particular, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, CRM.
