**ROLE SUMMARY**:

- Located in the heart of Karaka, ACG Strathallan is a premier independent school that inspires excellence in students from Years 1 to 13. We are proud to be part of the global Inspired group, offering a progressive and nurturing academic environment.
As the **Head of Admissions**, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end admissions process, from initial enquiry to enrolment. Reporting to the **Executive Principal** and **Director of Customer Acquisition & Experience (APAC)**, you will work closely with the Enrolments Manager to lead a drive growth through innovative enrolment strategies and superior customer service.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead and implement a targeted admissions strategy, driving student enrolment and retention.
- Lead the entire admissions process, ensuring a best-in-class experience for prospective families.
- Provide strategic guidance to the **Senior Leadership Team** to optimise admissions and retention efforts.
- Deliver engaging school tours, open days, and recruitment events.
- Analyse enrolment data to guide decision-making and ensure targets are met.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with feeder schools, parents, and community partners.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE**:

- Proven experience in **sales management**, preferably in a professional services setting, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
- Excellent knowledge of **sales, marketing**, and CRM systems, with the ability to analyse data and present insights effectively.
- An innovative thinker who can develop and execute strategies that resonate with families and enhance our school’s reputation.
- Experience within the education sector is a plus, but not essential.
