**About Central Park Henderson Business Association (CPHB)**

CPHB is part of the West Auckland business Group and is a network association who support its members who are business owners and entrepreneurs. The Mission of the Association is to stimulate economic prosperity in West Auckland, to encourage the business community and commercial property owners in supporting each other, their youth, and their people to grow and to achieve.

**About the role**

This is a part-time, independent contractor, hybrid (work-from-home & out in the business district), Business Support role required to undertake 20 hours per week/2 or 3 days per week (days and hours are flexible within the work week), to support both the Association Manager and the Membership Relationship Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Member services and engagement: Support the membership manager in duties around membership liaison (e.g. signing on new members, update membership records in CRM system)
- Event services: Support the association manager in organisation of BA5 events, breakfast forums, workshops, AGM's etc.
- Ancillary services: Maintain social media profiles to advertise for events.
- Interrelationships: Internally: Association Manager, Membership Manager, and administrator. Externally: members, business leaders and personnel.
- Reporting: Regular reporting to Association and Membership Managers around upcoming tasks and events.

- Good written and verbal communication & interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented, efficient and organised
- Ability to communicate and engage with C-level, management or equivalent professionals
- Intermediate computer literacy (bonus if you’re familiar with Zoho CRM and Mail Chimp)
- Work with mínimal supervision with a customer service orientation
- A friendly, mature and confident demeanor
- Your own car and be set up with internet access at home
- Have a clear, fluent and confident written and spoken level of English
